Purchase and Reimbursement

In the event of an error on our part or of a manufacturing defect, we will bear the cost of shipping fees for the item return and will exchange it free of charge. The item must be in brand new and never have been used or washed. 

If you wish to return the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fees this may entail. To return this product, it must be intact, in its original packaging and not have been used, washed or damaged. We recommend that you use parcel tracking shipment given we are not responsible for lost parcels.  

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted beyond 14 days of the reception date of your merchandise. In the case of a refund, it will be made using the original transaction method of payment. You will receive a refund within 5 to 10 business days following the shipping of your parcel.

Final sales are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
