Only the Participant whose registration for the Competition has been received by Solem , before or on the Closing Date of the Competition, will be eligible to win one of the prizes. 

4. Announcement of the prize winner 

There will be only one winner. The winner will be an entrant whose name will be obtained following a random draw from among all entrants registered for the Contest. The draw will take place on May 1, 2025 , 12  h, Montreal time, at Solem located at 220, rue Turgeon, Hébertville (Quebec) G8N 1R7. 

The winner will be announced during a live broadcast on Facebook and in the newsletter following the date the winner is determined. Solem also agrees to email the winner directly. 

5. Prize Claim 

5.1. In order to be declared the winner of the Prize, the Participant must: 

5.1.1. Meet the eligibility conditions described in these Regulations; 

5.1.3. Be contacted by (email, messaging, etc.) by Solem within seven (7) business days following the Disclosure. 

5.2. If it is impossible to reach the selected Participant by telephone or if he/she does not respond to the email sent by Solem within seven (7) working days following the Unveiling, then all his/her Prize rights will be forfeited and Solem will proceed with a new draw. 

5.3. When a participant is declared a winner, he or she will receive his or her prize by email from each of the partners. 

Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned above or any other condition provided for in these Rules will result in the winner being disqualified and the prize awarded to him/her will be allocated in accordance with Article 5.2. 

6. Conditions attached to the price 

The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that the Prize is not accepted in accordance with the conditions attached thereto, the said Prize will be deemed forfeited. 

Cannot be combined with other promotions.

 7. Personal information 

7.1. By participating in this Competition, all Participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Solem and its authorized agents (Hôtel expérience Quartier des marinas ) for the purpose of administering this Competition and awarding the Prize as well as receiving commercial offers. 

7.2. For further information regarding Solem 's use of personal information, as described in the privacy policy adopted by Solem , Participants are invited to visit the following website: www.solem.ca 

7.3. Participants consent to the use of their: name, email, address (city, province) and their statements, images, photos or other representations and recordings, through all media and on all supports, including, but not limited to, the Internet, for advertising or promotional purposes and without further notice or compensation, and where applicable, must sign a document to this effect. Participants' personal information will not be otherwise used or disclosed without their respective consent. 

8. General Conditions 

8.1. Solem reserves the right to disqualify a Participant or cancel their participation if they participate or attempt to participate in this Competition in a manner that is not in accordance with these Rules. Any decision by Solem with respect to this aspect of the Competition is final. 

8.2. This Contest is subject to federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations applicable in Canada. 

8.3. Entry forms that are incomplete, received after the Competition Closing Date, lost, irregular in any way or sent by an unauthorized method are deemed invalid and will not be accepted in the draw for the Prize Reveal. 

8.4. Solem assumes no responsibility for forms that are received after the Contest Closing Date, that are misdirected, illegible, incomplete, falsified, altered, lost or otherwise irregular or that are transmitted in a manner that does not comply with these Rules and such forms will be deemed null and void. Solem will not assume any responsibility for null and void forms nor for any other problem; breakdown, technical malfunction of a network line, online computer system, peripheral telephone, software, server, provider, email, browser, Facebook platform, Contest website, error or technical malfunction that may occur, including, without limitation, a problem of transmission or non-transmission of a form, regardless of the cause. 

8.5. Furthermore, Solem is not responsible for any erroneous or inaccurate information, whether caused by users of the website or by the equipment and/or programs associated with or used by the Contest or by any technical or human error that may have occurred during the conduct of the Contest, including during the processing of the forms. Solem assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, loss, defect in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of the forms. Solem is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may result from the holding of the Contest. 

8.6. Solem reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or postpone the Competition at any time, without notice, if any factor prevents the Competition from running. 

8.7. By participating in the Competition, the Participant acknowledges having read and understood these Rules and agrees to be bound by them and to comply with them. The Participant certifies that the Rules are understandable and reasonably available for consultation.

8.9. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity competition may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (hereinafter the “Régie ”) for a ruling. 

8.10. A dispute regarding the awarding of the Prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of intervention to attempt to resolve it. 

9. Partner Liability Clause 

9.1 The Solem company is organizing this competition in partnership with Hôtel expérience Quartier des marinas . Each partner is responsible for the management and distribution of the winnings it puts into play. 

9.2 Solem declines all responsibility in the event of non-distribution, unavailability, or failure to deliver prizes offered by a partner. In the event of a problem receiving a prize, winners must contact the relevant partner directly for any complaints.
