In the event of an error during the online purchase, you will be contacted by email or by phone and an adjustment could be made, depending on the case.

However, Solem cannot guarantee the availability of products offered online. If we are unable to deliver an ordered product due to a stock shortage, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
