Refund policy

In the event of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, we will assume the shipping costs for the return of the item and we will exchange it at no charge. The item must be in mint condition and never have been used or washed. 

If you wish to return the goods for any other reason, you will have to pay the transport costs yourself. To return a product, it must be intact, in its original packaging and not have been used, washed or damaged. It is recommended that you use a shipment tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

No exchange or refund will be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt of your merchandise. In the case of a refund, it will be done using the payment method of the original transaction. You will receive a refund within 5 to 10 business days following the return of your package.

Final sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
