Sales and Refunds
No exchange or refund will be accepted beyond 14 days following the date of receipt of your goods.
It is not possible to exchange or obtain a refund for an item purchased at one of our points of sale. You must refer to the point of sale's internal policy for details.
We try, as much as possible, to do justice to the beautiful colors of our products through our website. However, we cannot guarantee color accuracy upon receipt.
If you find an error in your order or a manufacturing defect, contact us. We will pay the shipping costs for the return of the article and we will exchange it free of charge. Items must be in mint condition and never been used or washed.
If you wish to return the goods for any other reason, you will be responsible for the delivery costs. To return a product, it must be intact, in its original packaging and not have been used, washed or damaged. It is recommended to use a shipment with package tracking, since we are not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds are issued to the payment method of the original transaction. You will get a refund within 5-10 business days of returning your package.
Clearance purchases are final sales, they are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
Promotions are announced via our newsletter and on our social networks. Please note that we will not make any price adjustments when an item is purchased during a final sale, when purchased prior to an annual promotional event (Black Friday Sale, Boxing Day Sale, Mother's Day, etc.) or with any single-use promotional code. We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of our future promotions.
