Digital Marketing Specialist - Customer Journey & Performance

Your role:

You will be at the heart of our digital growth.
Your goal: convert more visitors into customers on our online store and build loyalty in our communities through engaging newsletters and well-established marketing automations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Optimize the shopping experience on our store (Shopify Plus)
  • Improve the customer journey and conversion rates (UX, product pages, checkout)
  • Test and analyze performance to boost sales (A/B, heatmaps, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency between the site, marketing campaigns and business objectives
  • Promoting our relationship marketing (Klaviyo)
  • Create, automate and customize the newsletters, shopping cart reminders, post-purchase scenarios, etc.
  • Segment our customer base intelligently (behaviors, history, interests)
  • Track the right KPIs: open rates, clicks, revenue per send, LTV, etc.
  • Collaborate and connect the dots
  • Work hand in hand with the creative team to produce effective content
  • Ensure that our paid campaigns (Meta, Google) are aligned with the site experience
  • Analyze data (GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify) and recommend adjustments

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, CRM or relationship marketing
  • Comfort with Shopify Plus , Klaviyo , CRM (ideally Dynamics) and customer databases
  • Solid understanding of the online customer journey and conversion optimization
  • SEO knowledge (a major asset)
  • Excellent writing skills in French and in English
  • Analytical mind + attention to detail = you always want to improve yourself
  • Autonomy, curiosity, sense of initiative
